Shipping Policy
Production and Delivery:
Please note that our products are made to order. Allow 2–3 days for production, followed by an additional 2–3 days for delivery. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, we make every effort to provide tracking information directly to your email. This allows you to easily monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us. To arrange a new delivery, additional shipping costs will apply. Failure to pay for reshipping will result in no refund being issued for your order.
Damaged Items:
While we take great care to securely package our products, unforeseen circumstances during shipping may cause candles to break. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. To qualify for a replacement or refund, please provide photographic proof of the damage and a copy of your receipt to info.benishome@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange and Return Policy
Scented Candles:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange your scented candles, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info.benishome@gmail.com.
Decorative Candles:
Due to the delicate nature of decorative candles, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or returns for these items. However, in the unfortunate event that your decorative candle arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it or issue a refund.
