Shipping Policy
Production and Delivery: Please note that our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 days for production, followed by another 2-3 days for delivery. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.
Tracking Information: After shipping, we make every effort to provide you with tracking information directly via email. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery with ease.
Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event of a failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us. To arrange a new delivery, you will be required to pay additional postage. Failure to pay for the reshipment will result in your order not being refunded.
Damaged Items: While we take the utmost care in securely packaging our products, unforeseen circumstances during shipping may cause candles to break. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. To qualify for a replacement or refund, please provide photographic proof of the damage and a copy of your receipt to info.benishome@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange and Return Policy
Scented Candles: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your scented candles, you may do so within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info.benishome@gmail.com .
Decorative Candles: Due to the delicate nature of decorative candles, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or returns on these items. However, in the unfortunate event that your decorative candle arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it or provide a refund.
