SHIPPING POLICY 

Products are made to order, please allow 2-3 days for production as well as 2-3 days for delivery.

The price of postage is between 3.95€. We offer free shipping on all orders above 50€.

Once we've shipped, we always try to include your email on the courier information so you receive tracking information directly. After failed delivery attempt, your parcel will returned to us and we would need payment for postage again to re-send your order. Failing that, we would not refund your order.

Our items are packaged securely and safely, sometimes however, candles can break during shipping. If this happens, we will get a replacement to you ASAP.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY 

 We do not accepted exchanges or returns because the candles are a fragil item and there is a high risk of them breaking during the transportation.
